ERC Advisory to On-Grid Distribution Utilities 22 September 2025

In compliance with the Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC) Advisory dated 22 September 2025, NORSAMELCO informs all customers of the ERC’s Advisory to On-Grid Distribution Utilities regarding the Net Metering Program.

Key provisions include:

Reduced documentary requirements

Limits on meter replacement charges

Free testing care of the distribution utility; and

timely crediting of rebates
