The Northern Samar Electric Cooperative, Inc. (NORSAMELCO), invites all interested and accredited Bidders to participate in the Bidding for the Supply and Delivery of Labor and Materials for the Construction of 3-Phase Distribution Lines for Nine (9) under NEA Subsidy Fund.

·         Bids in excess of ABC shall be automatically rejected at the Bid Opening;

·         Interested Bidders must submit a Letter of Intent (LOI) indicating the item/lot to be participated thru this BAC official email address:  norsamelco.bac@gmail.com;

·         Interested Bidders who fail to purchase the Bidding Documents within the specified period shall not be allowed to attend or participate the opening of bids;

·         Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the National Electrification Administration (NEA) Memorandum No. 2017-019 (Procurement Guidelines and Simplified Bidding Procedure for Electric Cooperatives and applicable rules under RA 10531);

·         The Bidder must submit a valid ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Certification, or equivalent quality management accreditation relevant to the nature of the contract;

·         Interested Bidders may deposit their payment for the Bid Documents on this account:

·         The NORSAMELCO reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to annul the bidding process at any time prior to the awarding of contract, if it deems necessary for the interest of the cooperative.
