for the SUPPLY OF LABOR AND MATERIALS INCLUDING ITS HAULING FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF DISTRIBUTION LINES OF NINETEEN (19) SITIOS INCLUDING HOUSE
WIRING AND SERVICE DROPPING UNDER NEA-SEP 2025. Funding for this project shall
come from 2025 NEA -SEP (GAA) FUND.

The Northern Samar Electric
Cooperative, Inc. (NORSAMELCO) through 2025 NEA -SEP (GAA) FUND intends to
apply the sum of Forty-Six Million Three Hundred Sixty-Four Thousand Six
Hundred Seven Pesos & 80/100
(46,364,607.80), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) as
payment for the SUPPLY OF LABOR AND MATERIALS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF
DISTRIBUTION LINES OF NINETEEN (19) SITIOS INCLUDING HOUSE WIRING INSTALLATION
AND SERVICE DROPPING UNDER NEA-SEP 2025. Bids received in excess of the Approved
Budget Cost (ABC) shall be automatically rejected during bid opening.

Interested Bidders must submit their
Letter of Intent thru email or at NORSAMELCO Main office thru BAC Secretary
including thereto the item/s or package/s to be participated.
·
Bidding will be conducted through open
competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion
as specified in accordance of IRR of the RA 9184 (GOVERNMENT PROCUREMENT REFORM
ACT). Bidding is restricted to the eligible participants under Eligibility
Criteria of IRR of the RA 9184.

The bidder shall submit a valid ISO
9001:2015 Quality Management System Certification, or equivalent
quality-management accreditation relevant to the nature of the contract, issued
by certification body duly.
·
The bidder must be a registered
member of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS)
and must possess a valid and current Certificate of Registration and
Membership.
·
